  5. The inventory system allows up to 16,000 items to be setup by the contractor.
  6. Certain trades already have a database setup (Electrical and Mechanical). The
  7. inventory system allows for tracking of the quantities by one of three methods:
  8. FIFO,LIFO, and Average Costing. The inventory system is designed to transfer
  9. quantities to different off site locations allowing for reports to show at any
  10. time where all the material is located. The inventory items have a field for a
  11. reorder point which will indicate at what point the material should be
  12. replenished. The inventory system can be integrated with the purchase orders to
  13. show those items already on order or items that have been delivered. For
  14. billing purposes an automatic pricing update can be performed from the Trade
  15. Service or National Price systems. This updates a base price on which markups,
  16. or discounts can be taken.
